Food Pantry

Our Mission

St. Paul’s Food Pantry has been making a difference in the lives of our neighbors since 2009, serving a community that has a poverty rate of 28.5%. Each week we provide supplemental food and a sincere welcome to over 50 families. That adds up to 130,000 pounds of groceries a year!

Why Do We Do It?

Our primary mission is to bring God’s message of mercy and hope to those in need by providing nutritional basics and encouragement. And we find that the blessings we deliver are equalled by those we receive individually and as a community of faith.

How Do We Do It?

We’re a pretty small church, so it takes everyone pitching in to make it happen. The Food Pantry is staffed and managed by volunteers and supported by the community efforts of local religious organizations, businesses, and caring individuals. We are a partner agency of the Cincinnati Freestore Foodbank, The Giving Fields, Brighton Center and a member of the Northern Kentucky Safety Net Alliance.

Beyond Newport

St. Paul’s Food Pantry works with area senior living facilities to bring food directly to their residents.
